Many of us will have fond memories of Pippbrook House, and CHiP wishes to see this building retained by the community and not sold off to developers.

It is the belief of CHiP that Pippbrook House has huge potential as a Community Hub with the opportunity to offer a wide range of activities to residents and visitors alike.

With this in mind, CHiP decided to throw Pippfest, a festival of music, crafts, food & games at Pippbrook. Fun for the whole family and a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness (and fundraise!) for this very important community project.
